GALAXY NOTE 4 BLACK AND WHITE SCREEN ISSUE.
Hey guys! My Note 4 worked fine during the day, then while i was sleeping it turned off, i tried to turn it on receiving no response from it, took out the battery, put it back in, it turned on, getting stuck in the Samsung logo then pixelated, showing green and red dots around the logo. Again, i took out the battery, turned the phone on, now getting half of the screen black and the other end white.
I also, tried to enter to safe mode or recovery mode, without success. In the year, i’ve been with this phone, it haven’t been dropped or suffered any damage. Let me know what could be, if it’s hardware or software related.
Solution: Hi Damian. Looks like you have a hardware problem at hand here. The display assembly is composed of three major components — the digitizer, the LCD, and digitizer flex cable. Any damage on any of these components can render the display useless and the only way to check their condition is by checking the phone physically. Kindly bring the phone to your local repair shop to have it repaired.
