Samsung Note 4 Continuously Turns Off
Problem: My phone continually turns off and on regardless of the charge. I have tried a soft reset and have also done a factory reset. I have also recently gotten a new battery.
Solution: If a factory reset fails to resolve the problem then this could be a hardware related issue. You should however check if the issue occurs even when your phone starts in recovery mode. If the issue does not occur in recovery mode then the problem could be with the phone software. You should consider flashing your phone with an updated stock firmware. If the issue occurs even in recovery mode then I suggest you have your phone checked at an authorized service center.
