Samsung Note 4 Shuts Off When Snapchat Is Used
Problem: My Samsung Note just shuts off whenever I open the Snapchat app. And when I try to turn it on, it just keeps shutting off and turning on, on its own. The only time I’m able to fully start it, is when it’s plugged into a charger.
Solution: This issue could be caused by some form of corrupt data in your phone. Try clearing the cache and data of the Snapchat app then uninstall it. Start your phone in recovery mode then wipe the cache partition of your device. Restart your phone normally then download a fresh version of Snapchat from the Google Play Store. If the problem still occurs backup your phone data then do a factory reset.
If the issue remains then try getting a new battery.
