Samsung Galaxy S4 Can’t See Anything On Screen
Problem: this is my phone from a while ago so i don’t remember what happened. i can charge it but the screen wont show up. the only thing that will is a blue and green dot on the upper left corner. i can feel it vibrate. a couple minutes ago i turned it on but couldn’t see anything. i could only hear the notifications.
Solution: The problem is most likely caused by a damaged display. You should however check if the phone software is causing this issue by starting the phone in recovery mode. If you are able to access this mode then I suggest you perform a factory reset. Take note that this will delete your phone data so only consider this is you have a backup copy or if you are willing to lose your phone data.
If you are unable to access the recovery mode then chances are the display is defective. Bring your phone to an authorized service center and have it checked.
