Samsung Note 4 Turns Off Everytime Camera Is Used
Problem: My Note 4 turns off everytime I use my camera. It never turns on until I connect the device to the charger. And my battery never gets fully charged, it just stays in 80%. Plz help
Solution: Try checking first if a third party app is causing the problem by starting the phone in Safe Mode. In this mode only the pre-installed apps are allowed to run while apps you downloaded are disabled. Check the camera in this mode. If the issue does not occur then an app could be causing the problem. Find out what app this is and uninstall it.
If the issue occurs even in Safe Mode then proceed with a factory reset. Take note that you should backup your phone data before doing this procedure.
If the issue still occurs after a factory reset then the problem could be caused by a faulty hardware. Try replacing the battery with a new one. If this doesn’t work then have your phone checked at an authorized service center.
